[King is not good with illness. Fairies don't get sick, and though he's tried to take care of a sick giant before, it hadn't been him who managed to lower her fever. Not at all sure what he's supposed to do to help a grown man who looks like he's about to fall over, he can only accept the bag when it's thrust toward him.
