[He didn't comment or post often himself, but he wasn't going to let information be ignored. But, the bigger point here, is that Urahara is right. They DO mostly keep focusing on just the two bigger clans. That could definitely be an issue in the long run.]

I do agree that we can't rule out a third party involvement...especially one that keeps being overlooked. It would be easier for them to work that way.
