[If you responded to Sieglinde's invitation and stop by her quarters, you will find a very charming party. At least- there is the makings of a party in between all of Sieglinde's stuff. She uses her bedroom more as a laboratory than a living space, but in between magic tomes and beakers and half-finished experiments, there's food, there's drink, there's fresh cookies, there's a few presents on a table, there's a large skull-faced canine gnawing on a bloody bone under said table...
And a tiny Green Witch, who pops out of the small crowd in a whirl of new dress and smiles, dipping into a small curtsy in greeting.]
