Whatever you do, you have to make sure it's what everyone wants. If you ask for Hathaway's help, it should be in figuring out how to appease everyone, and setting up a system for those who both want to be a part of it and don't want to be a part of it. [That sounds like he's telling her what to do, but Lotor's insistence on maintaining the Galra Empire has helped put things into focus for Keith.
