[Keith doesn't respond right away. The Vakdir officer sounds agitated after a few beats that the fire doesn't seem to disappear. In fact, it begins to grow without his attention. He makes a huffy sound and says that he man he's accosting is lucky, and then puts out a call for more assistance. Thankfully, it's not growing so much that anyone's in danger, but he seems aware that ignoring it could possibly cost him his job. Which is surprising. So maybe he's just afraid of fire.
