[open] optional: sunrise catch-all
CHARACTERS: everybody who wants to enjoy a shred of actual success/is really tired of this whole 'eternal darkness' thing.
DATE: evening of jan 24-morning of the 25th
WARNINGS: schmoop, probably.
SUMMARY: the sun's back, come say hi AKA sunrise mingle/catch-all

[ Thanks to everyone's hard work and following Rick's, er...enthusiastic performance, the stars are back in the sky after four long months. Goblins and humans are out of their homes, cheering in the streets despite the cold that still grips the city. It's winter, the night will be long yet, but hope feels real now.
Bars and pubs will be open and raucous until dawn; people have tracked out whatever leftover supplies remained from the festival of illumination and strung up lights by their open windows. The atmosphere is certainly lively, but how long will it last?
The sun breaks in the west at around half past seven. Might want to get a good spot to watch. ]
[[OOC: got mod permission for the elements of this log! thanks mods. this log is purely optional for anyone who wants to react to the sun being back. art by nathan fowkes. ]]

[Learning something new everyday!! She's careful to spread the soil evenly over the seed, and she does the same for the next few seeds, meticulously doing what he's instructed so far. Julius will find nothing wrong on this task at least.]
There, I believe that should do it.

I have some measurements written on this sheet of paper. Use it.
[He hands her a tiny cheat sheet...with detailed planting instructions. It's extremely thorough man.]

Your knowledge regarding plants and the like is very impressive! How did you learn all of this?

Back then I only thought of gardening as a mission. My views on the matter are still the same.
[At least Alisha's got the hang of gardening already. She can make lots of pretty flowers bloom.]

I enjoy relaxing in gardens. A place with nature can easily be the best place. How about yourself?

I've no particular favorite, but I enjoy any area where nature is lush and vibrant. It is a good sign that life is thriving.

I want to work and preserve the nature in Chantes. Have you visited the memorial?
[It's loaded with flowers, but Julius can't go anymore.]

If it were up to me I'd observe their behaviors before taking more action. Having information on both sides is the most important thing.
