WARNINGS: nami's feminine wiles, lapis' pyro-happy ghost buddy, and olivia's hives... also extreme second-hand embarrassment and possibly some less-than-savory audience members. potential for violence?? maybe???
SUMMARY: lapis, nami, and olivia try to earn some extra $$$ by doing what they do best. chaos ensues.

Whether you've come to the Desert Flower Saloon this evening for boarding or for entertainment, you'll find the first floor practically vibrating with activity and life. On this night, unlike any other before (or so Miz Poppy will proclaim), the saloon's main stage will feature not one, not two, but three new performers, fresh (a week or so old is still fresh, right?) from the far corners of the universe to delight and excite the saloon's loyal patrons with the song and dance and magic of their alien people.

[ Olivia said it well enough as is, and even if she's being held back at the moment, Feferi still punctuates it by flaring her fins, baring her teeth, and hissing at the stranger-- a strange noise, not quite mammalian but not wholly insectoid, either. She'll continue to stare him down until he backs off; she doesn't have any interest in actually getting violent, but if he's going to be grabby, then she's not going to hesitate to go on the defense. As it is, this fulfills her aggression quota for quite some time. ]

[ fortunately for both women, feferi's act of aggression is foreign enough that the qorral man couldn't help but stagger back in genuine fear. he'd thrown up an arm between them, looking incredibly cautious, and continues to back away. ]

The hell's wrong with ya...!

[ he's turning on a heel and stumbling away before olivia gives feferi's hand a little tug, as she's now begun to notice the attention they've drawn to themselves. ]

Um... I think we're fine now... Thank you for that.

[fintastic]

[ As soon as he retreats, her fins relax, and Feferi goes right back to her usual smile, setting her trident back down and turning to Olivia. ]

You are very welcome! You were amazing up there, by the way!

[winces]

olivia blinks, struggling to find her footing as quickly as feferi had. ]

U-Um — thank you?

[ her cheeks color, and she's quick to reach up to nervously fiddle with a braid. ]
