[Maya's been making the rounds helping out with cures and vaccines where she can, but it's a lot of work. There are so many infected, so many that need vaccines, and she's more suited to do gophering than actual distribution of medicine.]

[But-- that doesn't stop her from coming to aid people in trouble. The person in trouble, in this case, being a very familiar bowl-cut of a middle schooler who looks like he's being attacked by... stationary.... infected?]

[What is he doing? When did he get here? He's in trouble! Maya's immediately forgetting whatever she was doing and making a beeline for him, ducking under those reaching arms of the infected]
